2. Legal bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal bases are your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the storage of information on your device or the reading of such information, \u00a7 25 of the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) applies in addition: What is not strictly necessary is only done with your consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Hosting and server log files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The website is hosted at ALL-INKL.COM \u2013 Neue Medien M\u00fcnnich, Hauptstra\u00dfe 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. When a page is accessed, the server automatically processes the following data in so-called log files: IP address, date and time, accessed address, previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the page and to ensure the security of the server (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes. A contract for order processing exists with the hosting provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The connection to the website is encrypted using TLS (recognizable by the \u201ehttps:\/\/\u201c and\u201d symbol and the lock icon in the browser).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Contact by email or phone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you write to us or call us, we process your details (such as your name, email address, telephone number and your request) to answer your request, for example for an in-studio visit or the purchase of a work of art (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data when the request is completed, unless there are legal retention obligations to the contrary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5th purchase of works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you purchase a work, we process the data necessary for the contract, such as name, address and payment information (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We store billing data for as long as required by commercial and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Cookies and consent management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the first visit, a warning window asks you which services you agree to. For this purpose, we use the WordPress plugin Complianz. Your selection is stored in cookies with the name extension \u201ecmplz_\u201c for 365 days on your device, so that we do not have to ask again every time you visit a page (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. c and f GDPR). This data remains on our server and is not shared with third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
